1:1 EXECUTIVE COACHING and MENTORING for leaders
Personalised coaching and practical mentoring to help you become a more confident, effective leader, achieve results you're proud of, and make the most of your career.
There are times in your career when you could really benefit from an outside perspective. Perhaps you're struggling to get through to someone on your team, trying to find your feet in a bigger role or facing a situation you've never dealt with before. You want to get it right, but it's not always easy to work out the best way forward when you're the one responsible for making things happen.
That's where I come in. Having worked my way from Sales Associate to CEO over 30 years in luxury retail, I understand the realities of leadership first-hand. As your coach and mentor, I'll give you the space to speak openly, explore different perspectives, and develop your own approach to the challenges you're facing, whilst drawing on my experience to offer practical guidance when you need it. Together, we'll build the confidence and skills to help you succeed in your role and continue progressing in your career.
Imagine no longer questioning yourself at every turn.
You've got a difficult conversation with your boss coming up. Normally, you'd spend days worrying about what to say and how they'll react, but this time, you've had the chance to talk it through with me beforehand. You walk into the meeting feeling prepared, say what you need to say and get on with your day afterwards, rather than replaying every word in your head.
So, imagine what that could mean for the rest of your working life. You're making decisions without constantly second-guessing yourself, your team is delivering the results you've been working towards, and senior leadership is recognising your contribution. When a bigger opportunity comes along, you feel ready to put yourself forward rather than wondering whether you're good enough.
That's what I want to help you achieve through our work together. To succeed in your role, feel proud of what you're accomplishing and enjoy the career you've built.

HOW IT WORKS
Our work together is shaped entirely around you, your ambitions, and the challenges you're facing. We'll start by understanding where you are now and what you'd like to achieve, then work through the situations that matter most to you as they arise.
Some sessions may focus on an immediate challenge at work, whilst others give you the opportunity to step back and think about the bigger picture. Throughout, you'll have my experience, honest perspective and encouragement, with a balance of practical mentoring and coaching tailored to what you need.
-
I offer three ways of working together, depending on where you are in your career and the support you need.
Executive Foundation - 3 Months
For leaders navigating a new role, promotion or significant change.
You've taken on a new challenge and want to make a strong start. We'll focus on understanding what's expected of you, establishing your priorities, building relationships with your team and senior colleagues, and working through the immediate challenges you're facing. You'll have experienced guidance as you find your feet and establish yourself in the role.
Executive Impact - 6 Months
For leaders who want to improve their performance and become more effective in their role.
You may be fairly established in your position, but there are aspects of your leadership you'd like to improve. Perhaps you're too involved in the day-to-day details, struggling to get the best from your team or finding it difficult to influence senior stakeholders. We'll work through these challenges as they arise, giving you the opportunity to make changes, put them into practice, and see the difference in how you lead.
Executive Partnership - 12 Months
For senior leaders and executives who want an experienced, trusted coach and mentor alongside them long-term.
When you're responsible for significant decisions, teams and business performance, new challenges can arise at any time. Whether you're managing organisational change, navigating complex relationships or considering your next career move, you'll have an ongoing, confidential partnership with someone who understands the realities of senior leadership and can offer perspective when you need it.

fREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Our sessions are conversations focused on what's happening in your career and the challenges you're facing. You might bring a difficult situation with your team, an important decision, or something you've been questioning about yourself.
I'll help you explore it from a different perspective, drawing on my own leadership experience to offer practical advice where it's helpful. There's no rigid formula, our work is shaped around you.
-
Having spent over 30 years in luxury retail, working my way from Sales Associate to CEO, I've experienced many of the challenges my clients face. I combine coaching with practical mentoring, which means that alongside helping you find your own answers, I can share relevant experiences, offer advice, and help you work through the realities of your role.
-
I understand that admitting you're struggling can feel uncomfortable, particularly when you're used to being the person everyone else relies on.
Our sessions offer a confidential, judgement-free environment where you can speak honestly without worrying about how you'll be perceived. We'll build that trust naturally, at a pace you're comfortable with.
-
We'll begin by understanding what you'd like to change and what success would look like for you. That might mean feeling more comfortable contributing in senior meetings, managing a difficult relationship, making better use of your team's capabilities or delivering against your priorities.
We'll return to those goals throughout our work together so you can recognise the progress you're making.
-
I know how difficult it can be to find time for yourself when you're managing a busy team or business.
Our sessions can take place online or in person, with WhatsApp or Messenger coaching also available as an alternative format. Any actions between sessions will be agreed together, taking into account your commitments and how you prefer to work.
-
Coaching is a considered investment, and I think it's important that you feel comfortable with the decision. But consider what could change if you genuinely believed in your own abilities. You might feel more confident speaking up in important meetings, trust yourself to make difficult decisions, and put yourself forward for opportunities you'd previously have questioned whether you were ready for.
That greater self-belief can make a real difference to the results you achieve, the opportunities you pursue and ultimately, the direction your career takes. My aim is to help you make changes that keep benefiting you long after our time together ends.
-
Not at all. Some clients come to me with a very specific challenge, while others simply know that something needs to change. Perhaps you've recently taken on more responsibility, or you're achieving results but finding the experience more stressful than you'd like. Part of our initial work is understanding what's happening and deciding where to focus.
-
The relationship between a coach and client is personal, and it's important that you feel comfortable with the person you're working with.
That's why I offer a free discovery call. We'll talk about your situation, what you'd like to achieve, and how I might be able to help. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for my approach before making any commitment.
