Information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially and will not ordinarily be disclosed to third parties without your permission, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to address a serious risk of harm, or covered by confidentiality arrangements agreed with you.
Where coaching is commissioned by an employer or another organisation, the scope of any reporting or feedback will be agreed at the outset. We will explain what information may be shared, with whom and for what purpose.
We will not routinely share the detailed content of coaching conversations with an employer simply because that employer has commissioned the engagement.
