1:1 EXECUTIVE COACHING and MENTORING for leaders

Personalised coaching and practical mentoring to help you become a more confident, effective leader, achieve results you're proud of, and make the most of your career.

There are times in your career when you could really benefit from an outside perspective. Perhaps you're struggling to get through to someone on your team, trying to find your feet in a bigger role or facing a situation you've never dealt with before. You want to get it right, but it's not always easy to work out the best way forward when you're the one responsible for making things happen.

That's where I come in. Having worked my way from Sales Associate to CEO over 30 years in luxury retail, I understand the realities of leadership first-hand. As your coach and mentor, I'll give you the space to speak openly, explore different perspectives, and develop your own approach to the challenges you're facing, whilst drawing on my experience to offer practical guidance when you need it. Together, we'll build the confidence and skills to help you succeed in your role and continue progressing in your career.

Imagine no longer questioning yourself at every turn.

You've got a difficult conversation with your boss coming up. Normally, you'd spend days worrying about what to say and how they'll react, but this time, you've had the chance to talk it through with me beforehand. You walk into the meeting feeling prepared, say what you need to say and get on with your day afterwards, rather than replaying every word in your head.

So, imagine what that could mean for the rest of your working life. You're making decisions without constantly second-guessing yourself, your team is delivering the results you've been working towards, and senior leadership is recognising your contribution. When a bigger opportunity comes along, you feel ready to put yourself forward rather than wondering whether you're good enough.

That's what I want to help you achieve through our work together. To succeed in your role, feel proud of what you're accomplishing and enjoy the career you've built.

  • "Working with Laura has been one of the most valuable investments I've made in myself."

“I came to Laura as someone who worked hard and delivered, but who had become caught in the operational detail when I needed to be stepping back and growing into the next level of my career. I was my own worst critic, and that inner voice often held me back from backing my own judgement in the room. Laura helped me see it differently.

The wins have been real. I've grown the confidence to hold my position and to say no when something isn't right, grounded in clear rationale rather than a fear on my perception. I turned a period of overload into a structured case to support my remit for the better. And I stopped equating being across every detail with being in control.

Laura builds your confidence without ever inflating it. She backs you, challenges you when you need it, and holds belief in what you're capable of until you start to believe it too. I'm more confident, more capable because of Laura support in truly listening, understanding & high level coaching, I can't recommend her highly enough.

  • "If you’re considering this coaching, I would genuinely say do it."

“I came into the process feeling quite lost in myself professionally and personally, and I left feeling more confident, clearer in my direction and much more excited about my future again. What stood out most to me was how personalised the coaching felt. Laura didn’t apply a one-size-fits-all method, she really listened and adapted the approach to how I naturally think and learn. I felt challenged, supported and understood throughout the process.

Laura gave me practical tools I still use daily, particularly around networking, positioning and communicating my story with confidence. I also appreciated how human and approachable the sessions felt. I never felt judged or “managed”, I felt genuinely supported, and I honestly wish I had done it sooner.”

    — Dorothy, Retail Trade and Marketing Manager

  • "I could feel there were things in my career holding me back, but Laura helped me understand and dismantle them."

“This coaching experience was truly transformative. Laura is kind, thoughtful, and brings such a personal approach that it was easy to trust her and be guided. I unlocked insights I didn’t realise were there, saw results quickly, and came away with a renewed sense of confidence and energy. I couldn’t recommend Laura enough!”
